3. Hosting and provision
This website is hosted and technically provided by OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland, as a ChatGPT Site. OpenAI processes the resulting data as a processor on our behalf.
For safe and stable delivery, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, accessed file or page, referrer URL, browser and operating system, device information, data volume transferred, and HTTP status may be processed.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. OpenAI may use sub-processors for hosting, infrastructure, content delivery, security, moderation, and support, including Cloudflare, Ltd. Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be completely excluded.
4. Technically necessary security cookie
Cloudflare may set the __cf_bm cookie. It supports the detection and defense against automated or malicious access and is technically required for the hosting's protection function. The cookie expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG. This website does not use consent-based analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies, therefore no consent banner is currently displayed.
5. Locally provided media and fonts
Images, videos, and the font used are delivered via the hosting of this website. When loading these files, no additional connection to Google Fonts, Vimeo, YouTube, OpenStreetMap, or similar third-party platforms is created.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide, including your contact details and the content of your inquiry, to handle your request. The links on this website only open your email program or the phone function of your device.
If your inquiry relates to a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. In all other cases, processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication.
